Pandit Chanchal Krishna Parashar was born to a middle class family of Parasar Brahmins on 20 Sep 1988 in Sajjan, a small village near Mathura. Mathura the village of Sajjan. He was born and brought up in a family who trace their ancestry to Maharishi Parashar, one of the saptarishis of ancient India. Son of Roop Lal Sharma and Pranwati Sharma, he grew up in a spiritual atmosphere of religious studies. Chanchal K Parashar remained in the local gram panchayat school till 8th Std after which he decided to follow in his fathers footsteps to study and acquire professional qualifications as a Pandit.
He first studied at Shri Kokil Bihari Sanskrit Vidhyala at Kokilavan to receive the title of ‘Shashtri’ in 2007. Later he completed his higher education of ‘Acharya’ from Shri Seth Laxmi Narayan Vidhyalaya in 2009. In his quest for training as a teacher he also completed his B.Ed from MDU Rohtak in 2011.
The journey of Chanchal Parashar as a Pandit began since 2000 when he first recited the Shrimad Bhagwat. He also conducted Katha Bhagwat, Jagran and Kirtan since those days. While pursuing his religious studies in 2007, he began participating in religious discourses and interacting with experts in religious studies. He met with Sants and Vedic Brahmins to enhance his knowledge on the two main technical fields of Vedic and Jyotish Shastra. He aims to provide Jyotish Vedic Solutions to problems faced by people. He conducts Puja, Karmkand, Vedic Anushtan and Jyotish Karya as per requests of people.
